Join Micronet!
You can download the latest infopack, nodelist, BinkD-formatted nodelist, or nodediff. All archives are created every Friday morning at 0430 Eastern Time programmatically. The infopack always contains the latest nodelist.
Other ways to get the nodelist:
- Create an account on Outpost BBS and select option 1 at the main menu.
- Download via anonymous FTP at bbs.outpostbbs.net:
- Nodelist in
/pub/network/micronet/min_list; - BinkD-formatted nodelist in
/pub/network/micronet/min_binkd; - Infopack in
/pub/network/micronet/min_info; - Nodediff in
/pub/network/micronet/min_diff; - FREQ MINLIST, MINBINKD, MININFO, or MINDIFF from 1:18/200@Fidonet via BinkP;
- Download the infopack from any participating Micronet BBS.
If you'd like to join Micronet, please fill out the node application in the infopack and return it via the included instructions. You can join as a full node (a publicly available full-time BBS), a private BBS/mail-only node, or as a point.
Please make sure that before sending in your application, you read all the information in the infopack.
We offer BinkP, FTP, mailer over telnet, and ifcico feeds for FTN-style networking. QWK-gated feeds (via Synchronet) are available. Please note that full-time BinkP feeds are the most common feed type in the network. If you have any questions about feed type availability, please contact us.
